NUTRITION

You are unique – your food needs to be unique to you too. 

There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition and that is why optimum results are only achieved when it is scientifically personalised for you. We will take into account 36 of your blood markers, your body measurements, any conditions you may have as well and your food preferences to formulate a plan just for you to support any imbalances or deficiencies you may have.

SLEEP

Sleep is often neglected despite its crucial role in supporting various metabolic functions and facilitationg the body’s fat burning and detoxification process.

Lack of sleep can leave you feeling exhausted the next day and reaching for poor food choices.

During our sessions we will address any concerns or challenges you may have related to sleep to ensure you get a good nights rest.

EXERCISE

Just as no one size fits all in nutrition no one size fits all with exercise.

We will begin your journey from your current starting point and gradually progress towards your goals. It is not necessary to dive into intensive training to achieve results.

Initially, our focus will be purely on your nutrition plan for the first few weeks. Later we will gradually introduce activities that align with your capabilities. Appreciating the importance of exercise we will explore its benefits and how it can contribute to your overall wellbeing.

STRESS

We all experience stress in different aspects of our daily lives whether its personal, financial or related to health.

By making substantial improvements in your nutrition, sleep and exercise you will observe noticeable enhancements in your ability to handle stress. Although stressful situations may not vanish completely you will experience improved mental clarity, increased energy levels, enhanced focus.

This will allow you to tackle stressful situations or matters more easily.

It’s a process that has its challenges and I will personally guide and support you every step of your journey, ensuring that you feel fully supported along the way. You will receive your personalized plan, complete with access to recipes, a comprehensive getting started guide and additional resources. Regular check ins and meetings will be scheduled to hold you accountable and keep you on track towards your goals.
